We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and tags are attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Package Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all JLUXLABEL tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, you will receive an E-Gift Card via email within 5-7 business days.
